No. All of our concrete is mixed on site specifically for your project. Our trailer mounted mixed allows us to mix only what is needed at a cost much less than ordering a ready mix truck.
We are landscaper contractors and have been in the industry for over 15 years. We have heard every excuse as to why landscape curbing is not a good idea. The main reason for this is because this is not a service or skill that many of the landscape contractors have. The landscape curbing industry has been around since the 1970's. This industry just like others has only grown to be trusted and desired by homeowners. The installation process has improved throughout the years to create more aesthetically please and durable curbing to last for decades to come.
Absolutely. We use polymer fibers, as well as steel cable to ensure that your curbing will stay in place throughout the harsh Nebraska weather.
Our team will use a bed edger to create a smooth and designated path for where the curb will be installed. All grass clippings and dirt will be hauled off prior to completion of project.
We ask all homeowners either mark or contact their irrigation specialist prior to us installing curb. This will allow the sprinkler heads to be moved if needed. All irrigation will need to be terminated 24 hours before and after the installation to ensure we have a clean installation, and that the curbing itself can properly cure. If existing edging is in place please make arrangements with our installers to have removed, or make sure that it is removed prior to our crews arrival.
Yes. Ideally, if berms or rock are being haul in, we recommend that all work is completed prior to landscaping curbing. This will ensure that no damage is done to the curbing during the landscape installation process. If you prefer to have the curbing done first, that is also an option.
Most of the time we can match the texture and color of the curb. Depending on when the original curbing was completed will depend on if we can get a true match. Our estimates are always free so do not hesitate to give us a call.
Very minimal maintenance is required. After the curbing is installed, we will apply a sealant to protect the landscaping curbing itself. This will also enhance the curbing and make the colors much more vibrant. We recommend that this is completed everything 3 years. This will prevent hard water spotting, UV rays, and staining due to dirt and debris build up. Depending on the desired aesthetics of the curb this can be done annually.
We do not, but our sister company RDM Landscapes does. Visit www.rdmlandscapes.com for more information.
